Terms of Service
Rules and conditions for using Scenly, including accounts, digital services, AI characters, paid features, refunds, and limitations of liability.
Effective date: May 08, 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Scenly, including the website, user account, AI characters, chats, generated content, subscriptions, credits, and other digital features.
By registering, using the Service, accessing paid features, submitting content, or otherwise interacting with Scenly, you confirm that you have read these Terms and accept them in full. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using the Service.
1. General Provisions
These Terms constitute an agreement between the user and the administration of Scenly regarding the use of the Service.
The Service is provided as an online digital platform. Scenly may include free and paid functionality, user accounts, AI-assisted communication, character creation tools, generation features, support tools, and other related services.
The user is responsible for ensuring that use of the Service is lawful in the user’s jurisdiction and complies with these Terms and the rules of third-party platforms and providers involved in the operation of the Service.
2. Nature of Digital Services and Content
Scenly provides digital services and intangible digital functionality, including but not limited to AI character interaction, AI-generated outputs, character settings, chat tools, recommendations, structured information, paid access, credits, and service features.
Materials and outputs available through the Service may include information from publicly available sources, user-provided materials, AI-generated content, structured data, recommendations, summaries, and materials created by Scenly or third parties.
The user understands and agrees that the value of Scenly’s digital services lies in their functionality, structure, personalization, processing, presentation, support, updates, and access to tools, rather than in the exclusivity of every separate fragment of information or generated output.
Scenly does not guarantee that individual elements of generated content, recommendations, character responses, or informational materials are unique, exclusive, error-free, or unavailable outside the Service.
3. Account and User Responsibility
The user is responsible for the security of their account, password, devices, sessions, and all actions performed under their credentials.
The user must provide accurate registration and payment information where required and keep such information up to date.
Any actions performed through the user account are presumed to be performed by the user unless the user proves otherwise and promptly notifies Scenly of unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable and Lawful Use
The Service is not intended to encourage, organize, or assist illegal activity. The user agrees to use Scenly only within the limits of applicable law, these Terms, safety rules, and third-party provider policies.
The user is solely responsible for the legality of prompts, uploaded materials, generated content, chat usage, publication, distribution, and any practical application of materials obtained through the Service.
- Do not use the Service to violate laws, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or the rights of third parties.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, vulnerability exploitation, scraping, reverse engineering, bypassing limits, or interference with the Service.
- Do not upload, generate, publish, or distribute illegal, malicious, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited content.
- Do not use automation, scripts, shared accounts, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, or other conduct that may harm the stability, fairness, reputation, or security of the Service.
5. AI Output, Characters, and User Content
AI-generated outputs, character responses, recommendations, and other automated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, fictional, offensive, unexpected, or unsuitable for the user’s purposes. The Service is provided for informational, entertainment, and creative use unless expressly stated otherwise.
The user must independently evaluate generated outputs before relying on them, publishing them, or applying them outside the Service. Decisions based on AI outputs are made by the user at the user’s own risk.
The user retains rights to content submitted by the user, while granting Scenly the rights necessary to host, process, display, moderate, transform, generate, store, and technically operate such content within the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service interface, software, design, texts, trademarks, databases, service logic, and materials created by Scenly are protected by intellectual property law unless otherwise stated.
The user may not copy, distribute, resell, transfer, sublicense, publish, or otherwise use Scenly materials, paid content, internal data, or service functionality outside the permitted use of the Service without the consent of the relevant rights holder.
Violation of intellectual property rights may result in restriction or termination of access without compensation and may lead to other remedies available under applicable law.
7. Paid Features, Payments, and Refunds
Some features of the Service may be available only after payment, subscription activation, purchase of credits, or another form of paid access. Prices, limits, and key conditions are displayed in the Service before payment.
Due to the intangible nature of digital services and digital goods, payments are generally non-refundable after access has been provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly approved by Scenly.
A refund may be considered if the paid service was not provided due to a technical fault of Scenly or if access to the purchased digital functionality was not actually granted.
To request a refund, the user must contact support through the website feedback form within 24 hours from the payment date and provide payment details, account information, and a description of the issue.
Refund decisions are made individually. The user agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Scenly support and allowing reasonable time to review the request.
8. Restriction of Access
Scenly may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service in case of violation of these Terms, suspected abuse, payment issues, legal requirements, provider requirements, security risks, or actions that may create increased risk for Scenly, users, payment providers, or third parties.
Restriction or termination of access does not release the user from obligations that arose before such restriction, including payment obligations, responsibility for violations, or obligations related to disputed transactions.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Scenly does not guarantee that the Service will meet the user’s expectations, operate without interruptions or errors, provide any specific result, or be suitable for a particular purpose.
Scenly does not guarantee financial, commercial, professional, psychological, educational, creative, legal, medical, or other results from using the Service or generated materials.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scenly is not liable for direct or indirect losses, lost profits, loss of data, consequences of using generated outputs, actions or omissions of third parties, payment provider limitations, technical failures, downtime, or limited access to the Service.
All decisions regarding the use of materials, recommendations, AI outputs, characters, and service features are made by the user independently and at the user’s own risk.
10. Confidentiality and Data Processing
Scenly may process the minimum necessary technical, account, payment, content, and support data required for the operation, security, improvement, and legal compliance of the Service.
Scenly applies reasonable measures to protect user data, but cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted through the internet. Data processing is described in more detail in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to These Terms
Scenly may amend these Terms from time to time. The current version is published within the Service or on the website.
Continued use of the Service after updated Terms have been published means that the user agrees to the updated version.
